Create the analysis framework that participants will use in all later phases.
- Analysis Name: Use a clear period and scope name (for example: IT Operations Q3 2026).
- Description: Explain scope, objective, and what is included/excluded.
- Risk Gathering Instructions: Tell participants how to write good risk statements.
- Risk Assessment Instructions: Explain how scoring should be done.
- Define Probabilities (for example: Highly unlikely, Unlikely, Likely, Very likely).
- Define Consequences (for example: Negligible, Minor, Major, Fatality).
- Use edit/delete controls to keep definitions short and unambiguous.
- Use Create Analysis to save and start the analysis.
- Use Return to overview to navigate back without creating.
Quality rule If two people can interpret a level differently, rewrite the level description before proceeding.
